A number of our receptionists who start in the ever important “first impression of the company” role have moved onto other roles in Sales and Management.
For example, one of our best qualified property managers started as our maintenance man when he was still studying for his Valuation and Property Management degree.
The same scope opens in the Sales Division where those who may start as PAs to others evolve into either administrators or full time commissioned salespeople.
For example, one administrator went from being our Property Management administrator, to our Sales Division administrator before becoming a successful sales consultant in his own right.
Those who show initiative and good work ethic are often invited to try new roles or expand their own to keep them fresh and motivated. With the new “On the Job” industry training through our ITO giving the opportunity to move onto Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Division Manager, or Licensee Agent now available to be provided with in-house assistance, it is a lidless opportunity to learn.
