Christchurch. In addition to serving the sales needs of our extensive database of purchasers
and vendor clients from around the world, we also provide total property management solutions
through our property management division.
Brazier Property Investments is licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and as
part of that legislation is required to make available upon request our Professional Conduct and

Residential Sales
While our Residential Team works city wide, we encourage individual salespeople to
concentrate on particular suburbs. This allows them to offer in-depth knowledge of a specific
area's amenities, schools, and attractions in addition to particular sales and market trends.

Management
After a distinguished career in selling primarily Residential Investment property, Tony took up the challenge of starting his own company in 1999. After carefully selecting and training his sales team, the time was right for Tony to put all his energies into meeting the needs and challenges of the growing company. In 2005 he became a non-selling principal and embraced the Managing Director position for both the sales and management divisions of the company.
Having established a niche in Residential Investment sales, Braziers doubled its office space in 2007 to accommodate an increased number of salespeople specialising in the sale of Residential and Commercial property.
With a knowledgeable and experienced Residential team to compliment the already well established Investment and management teams, Braziers now offers the whole package; Residential, Investment, and Commercial sales as well as property management.
Each team member brings specific and varied skills to the table and has been hand picked to provide those skills to clients, be they in the form of running seminars, helping organize property loans, etc.

Manager
Kristy has had over 8 years administrative experience within the Real Estate industry both here and overseas and has completed her REINZ Sales Certificate. Kristy can help you with accounts payable & receivable and website maintenance. Nothing is a problem for Kristy.
Sales
Adam joined the Brazier team after many years as a client and friend of the company. Adam has consistently had other investors, old and new, asking his advice about anything from residential houses to commercial ventures. His good common sense approach to building a portfolio will be a valuable asset for clients to tap into on their way to financial independence through property.
Angela is an active property investor and has many and varied contacts with investors active in all spectrums of investing, assigning, property finding and trading. Her previous career as an architectural technician gives her a huge advantage when discussing plans and survey requirements. She also works heavily via the internet from marketing to educating to “chatting” with investors all over the world. Whether selling a small unit or organising marketing programme for a multi million dollar development, Angela approaches the project with enthusiasm, confidence and high expectation. She is always keen to share her knowledge to give others that confidence too.
With extended family that is heavily involved in the Residential Investment scene, Anna's approach is very much "hands on". She has served on the Executive Committee of the Canterbury Property Investors' Association for several years and continues to act as an advisor to their members. Both her wealth of knowledge, gleaned from years in the industry, and a natural empathy are much appreciated by home buyers and experienced investors alike.
Christine brings a diverse range of background experiences from teaching and farming to print, radio and television journalism to public relations/media services and business to local government. She was the managing director of Clarendon PR for several years, and she’s served as a county, district and regional councillor. She chaired the Canterbury Regional Council’s planning committee which developed the Canterbury Regional Policy Statement, and sat on several significant resource hearing panels, so she’s got an excellent working knowledge of the Resource Management Act and resource consent processes. She’s also been a Director of Trust Bank South Canterbury, a Trustee of South Canterbury Road Safety and South Canterbury Rural Assistance Trust, and was a columnist for the Timaru Herald for more than a decade.
After many years of selling both Residential and Residential Investment property, Neil has gradually shifted towards adding Commercial sales to his repertoire. As many of our client's portfolios include both Residential and Commercial Investment, Neil has a foot in both camps and tends to have listings in the Commercial field up to a range of $2,000,000.
Rebecca can pack into a few hours what others take all day to do. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for new developments and property refurbishments have seen her sought out by some very prominent developers. Attention to detail one of Rebecca’s strengths, combined with an easy manner make for a wonderfully relaxed but efficient service provider for her clients. Rebecca often works with the new apartment, investment and residential home market, and thus has a variety of clientele on her purchasers database to suit a wide variety of property types. Failing this, her efficient organisation of a marketing plan will cover most other potential purchases.
Administration
Diana Morgan has over 16 years administration experience, 10 of them being roles within the property industry. Diana is an incredibly important part of the team as she has the imperative job of providing administrative support to the property investment team. Diana can help you with any queries with sales (deposits, sales progress and commissions).
One of the most important members of our team, Shar, has the unenviable job of tracking people and properties as they change hands in order to supply current vendors and past clients with our quarterly newsletter.
